Yorkshire-based fabricator and installer Clearview New Build is celebrating a wildly successful start to 2024.
Despite tricky market conditions and the demise of other manufacturers, Clearview New Build has enjoyed a strong start to the year, including a record number of tenders received, contracts awarded and sites serviced.
“The company has seen double-digit growth year-on-year,” says Head of New Build and Commercial Sales, Andrew Coates.
“After an encouraging end to 2023, I’m delighted that that momentum has continued throughout the first quarter of 2024. We’ve built up a strong relationship with many housebuilders and have picked up several in-progress sites due to our track record of turning around projects quickly.”
Backed by one of the country’s leading fabricators, Clearview New Build operates from a purpose-built 70,000 sq ft factory in Wakefield and has developed a strong working relationship with key names in the construction sector, such as Lovell Homes, Persimmon Homes and Keepmoat to name a few.
Working on sites across the north of England, Clearview New Build offers housing developers a comprehensive portfolio of products that are specifically designed for commercial projects, including a suite of energy-efficient UPVC windows and a range of UPVC and composite doors.
